Mello Token: Our Story
Hello crypto world, and welcome to Mello’s first appearance on Medium! As part of our recently enhanced marketing structure, we will be posting a weekly Medium article to keep the community up to date on all of our rapid progress. To kick this off, we’d like to share a bit about ourselves and how Mello came to be.
Just over a month ago, a group of talented individuals from all over the world found themselves conversing on a community server, sharing ideas about future ventures they had each been considering for some time. Before long, the group realized that they had found, in each other, all of the necessary tools to make their dreams become a reality. The Mello team, made up of web developers, 3D animators, coders, and business professionals, officially launched the Mello Token on March 21, 2021 with the vision of building the Mello Virtual Reality Crypto Casino and rewarding players for holding the token.
Mello is intended to be a utility Token which will serve the community and the needs of the Mello Casino ecosystem in general. We are fine-tuning the logistics of Mello Token’s involvement in casino transactions, and we have partnered up with Gammastack, a well-established IT solutions provider, to help guide us along the way! The Mello team is primarily focused on the building of the first iteration browser-based virtual casino which will serve as a stepping stone toward the development of the luxurious, fully-immersive Mello Virtual Reality Casino. Mello’s casino licensing will be acquired through the Dutch Caribbean island of Curaçao, the same country as the Mello legal entity. We have taken all necessary steps toward the acquisition of licensing, a process which, in Curaçao, tends to be quite streamlined. There may be a slight delay in this process due to the Covid-19 virus, but we are wasting no time when it comes to preparation. The Mello team is ambitious, and we will be ready to pounce as soon as we receive the green light!
Mello has been overwhelmed by all of the outpouring of support from the community, especially over the past couple of weeks. The Mello army has been going strong and getting the word out about our team’s amazing story and enormous plans. We have so much that we want to share,(and we will as soon as we are allowed!) so please stay tuned!
